Shawn was great to work with. We have been looking for a new home for about two years, we have been very picky and Shawn was patient with us, always willing to go and look at a listing at the drop of a hat. When we found our home for purchase Shawn answered all of our questions and guided us successfully through a stressful process. We had a tight turn around time for listing and selling our current home and Shawn was instrumental in the turn over of that property as well.

Carol has a great eye for detail and understands what potential buyers will find attractive and what will be a distraction. She helped us remove things that would be a turn off and brought in a number of items to improve the overall staging of the house to appeal to a wide range of potential buyers. I believe her "above and beyond" commitment to getting the place perfect before it hit the market was the reason we had such a successful experience. Understanding you never get a second chance to make a first impression is why she will be my go to person anytime I need to use a realtor and I will definitely recommend Carol to anyone seeking to buy or sell a property!

Melissa went above and beyond for us. She found people to do repairs that were affordable.She helped make sure the home presented itself beautifully. It was just a pleasure to work with her. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their home or buy a home.

Mark is your go-to realtor! He was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He helped me prepare and stage my home for the listing photos, making sure everything looked polished and professional. He also kept me updated every step of the way, including sharing feedback from showings. The closing went perfectly, and Mark provided clear instructions and guidance so I knew exactly what to expect and what needed to be done. Even after the closing, when we ran into an unexpected issue with the new buyer, Mark was still there to help guide me through the situation. He helped get everything resolved quickly and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Grand Rapids area. He provided recommendations for inspectors and other services, had materials prepared for each listing we viewed, and always followed up on questions we had throughout the buying process.
