Alexis Layne is the perfect example of a guardian angel. Our process started not by meeting her in person but while she was on vacation. My wife Rizzalina Whitfield heard about her great service and wanted to work with her on our very first home buying experience. Mrs. Layne immediately got to work, but as we all know that yes this is the selling part of the business but she went with us to multiple properties to find the right home ( with the wife's approval of course). Many might say that Alexis was just doing her job but she never once tried to get us into a home she made sure that we found the right one which is a big difference. On our house hunting day which was a Saturday, we looked at over 10 homes and Alexis was very patient. We didn't eat so she didn't either. We wanted to look at more and she was more than happy to continue. After a long day sweating and having not eaten anything Alexis was the one that said lets try one more. And sure enough we found the right home. This action shows the dedication and relentlessness to her craft and this made us as a family feel as if she actually cared about her quality of work. Throughout the rest of the process we had some hurdles to get over with the lenders and the rest of the team but even though that is not her field of work Alexis made sure to stay on top of everyone to make sure we understood everything that was taking place. Communication is a big thing for myself and my family and Alexis made sure that she communicated every single day. She made sure that we understood every step and made sure that every document, payment, email, and task were accounted for. Every step of the way she had her eyes on it and sometimes for first time buyers it can be stressful ( just like us for example) but she always reassured us on the next move. If something went wrong we went back to the drawing board and made adjustments to fix anything and get exactly what we wanted. Being in the real estate industry is a competitive thing and losing clients and leads can be scary for the agents but Alexis made us feel very comfortable so we did not have a second thought in our mind that she was the right one for us. Note she was not the first agent that we had dealt with. Her professionalism and attitude towards our family reflected on her not just as an agent but a mother, a military spouse, and a friend. Even while she was in the middle of something like taking care of her kids, or simply at home or out shopping she always made sure our call was answered. If I could give 100 stars I would and if someone asked me if I knew anyone that could help them get the right home for themselves or their family, I would personally introduce Alexis Layne myself to them. Not only is Bridget a genuinely sweet person, she did a great job keeping our purchase on track. She was easily available, and very responsive. She worked tirelessly to make sure all the details were followed up on. And we were able to close quickly and smoothly!

Jada was amazing from our first conversation. She put together a list of houses and showed them to us immediately. As we went forward Jada did an outstanding job understanding our needs and wants sometime before I realized just what I needed for my family. She’s truly amazing and hardworking. Sherri is a real pro, on top of every detail from start to finish. Communication was great, Sherri is totally reliable and provided excellent information and good advice throughout the process of selling my home. While there are many factors at play in any sale, I would like to share that my townhome had a full-price offer in 2.5 weeks. It took my neighbor who had the pretty much the same floorplan a year and two agent changes. Another property in my neighborhood has been for sale for many months without result. Having a savvy agent like Sherri using good marketing skills made a big difference to the speed and success of my sale.
