John was recommended to me by another realtor in his area. I spoke with him over the phone about my property and was immediately comfortable with his ability and professionalism to handle my sale. John has years of experience that he brings to the real estate market that benefits his clients, this makes him invaluable! He listed my property and it sold within 2 weeks! It was unexpected and I was out of state. The buyers were so excited they wanted to close immediately. He made the closing seamless even though we had to do it remotely.
