I hadn't been in the housing market in 30 some years. It began with a few questions to Ann and in no time I asked her to be my buyers rep. She said yes and the journey began. The market I was looking at was basically the tri county area, Flint, Saginaw, Bay City which was a 3 hour drive from where I was living. This was also a similar distance from Ann's office in Cadillac. She didn't flinch on the drive to show me homes. Over the summer, she showed me 4 homes that didn't fit for various reasons. I came upon a foreclosed house and told her about it. She quickly got me in the house to look it over. I wanted this one and Ann was amazing making this house my new home. This was no easy accomplishment, we were presented challenges every step of the way. The foreclosing bank, out of state title company and the listing agent all put up road blocks or dragging there feet each and step. At times I was ready to throw in the towel but Ann kept fighting on my behalf and her due diligence, her knowledge and professionalism prevailed. She experience not only made the house mine but she saved me 10%. No small amount by the way. Ann truly worked tirelessly not only to make the deal happen at the best possible price but she made it her job to keep me positive throughout the barrage of hurdles and road blocks. So in summarizeing my experience, Ann Fox is really good at what she does, absolute 10 out of 10.

I’m so glad Solange helped me buy my house. She really listened to what I wanted, checked in on me throughout the process, and cared about finding the right place for me. There were moments when I had no idea what I was doing, and she was always there to answer my questions. She was even available for a quick chat, whether I called or texted.
